OUR CLASS BEHAVIOR
Our class has 5 rules and we will review them every day:
1. Listen when someone is talking.
2. Follow directions quickly and quietly.
3. Raise your hand to speak.
4. Be safe. Be honest.
5. Respect yourself. Respect others. Respect your
school.

Our classroom has 4 colors to describe our behavior policy. Every student will start the day on green. If they have to move down to yellow or red, there is still a chance to go back to green if the child has shown understanding and has corrected the behavior.
Blue – The teacher recognized me as having an AMAZING day.
Green – I was right on track and ready to learn.
Yellow – I had several warnings about my behavior.
Red - I had a consequence for my behavior- parent will be contacted.
If your child is on green by the end of the day, a sticker will be given to put on his/her sticker chart. After collecting 10 stickers, your child can then redeem his/her stickers for a reward from the treasure box. Blue will be awarded when deserved and not a daily thing.
If your child is having difficulty following a specific rule, we will speak about the rule and fill out a "stop and think" form. If your child has an issue that is concerning to me, or if he/she ends the day on red, I will either send you a note OR call you directly that day. Please sign any forms sent home and return it the next day.
